Illicit are covers band based in Maldon, Essex. They have been together for just 9 months. Their following has grown considerably, and continues to do so, for a project that has been going for such a relatively short time.

Despite the band's short life to date, they have played in front of many people in pubs and to large crowds at some very chilly outdoor gigs in mid-December!
The majority of the band has played together on and off for 10 years, which means they have a big back catalogue in songs.
The 5-piece band have many influences and musical histories from 60s rock and roll right up to today’s chart hits. Many of which have found their way onto the bands ever expanding, varied set list.
