U's youngsters look to bounce back.
The U18s will be without Diaz Wright who had an operation on his foot in midweek, whilst Wayne Blackman and Tariq Issa are also missing.
The U's fell to a 5-1 defeat against Nottingham Forest last Saturday and will be looking to bounce back when they take on the Blades this time around.
Colchester United's U18s face another long trip this weekend, as they head up to Yorkshire to take on Sheffield United.
Meanwhile, the U16s also go to South Yorkshire as the season gets into full swing, but they will be without Kris Oti, who steps up to the U18s.
