Could you play before Scunthorpe game?
Colchester United are seeking a band to play before the game against Scunthorpe United on Saturday.Our pre-match bands have proven hugely popular over the three or four years we have been offering the opportunity and we'd love to fill the space we have for the visit of the Iron this weekend.
The club can provide a matchday PA which includes the speakers and mix desk, but the band would be required to provide all other equipment including microphones and microphone stands.
Whilst the club don't currently pay for bands to come along, we provide the following as way of showing our thanks for the bands performing their music:-
- match tickets for the band and their friends/family
- parking permits at the stadium
- profile of the band to appear in the match programme, in pre-match promotional e-mails and on the club website
- big screen mention/thanks during the game
