Nearly 3,000 kids have enjoyed a day out at Col U!
The U's U11s initiative has once again proved to be a big success so far this season.
The initiative, which allows a paying adult to bring up to four U11s on their ticket in the Family Enclosure, played a big part in the club winning the Football League Family Club of the Year award earlier in 2015.
And nearly 3,000 children have taken advantage of this family friendly pricing offer for League One games so far in 2015/16.
The home match v Coventry in November saw us hit our highest numbers yet this season, although the Southend Boxing Day game is likely to beat that, with families now also able to buy their tickets in Block E4.
U's Media Manager Matt Hudson said: "Once again, we have seen this offer appeal not only to existing families who like to watch football at a great price, but also to new families taking their first steps in watching live football.
"Whilst we have been working hard on looking after our long serving fans, it has been great to see so many new people come and give us a try and the Southend game, which is well set to be a sell out, will be a great first experience for any families coming along on Boxing Day!"
