The U's are also working closely alongside our local County FA to provide exit routes and opportunities for the participants to continue playing within different pathways.
Girls taking part access these sessions on a ten week block, with the sessions taking shape with input from the participants and teachers.
The first four schools to work in partnership with us are St Helena, Colchester Academy, Stanway Schools and Essex University.
We are delivering to 12 different schools throughout the year from three different areas; Colchester, Tendring and Dengie.
Colchester United Football in the Community are working alongside the Football League Trust to deliver football sessions to girls within local secondary schools.
