Hammers defender makes loan move permanent.
Loanee defender Jamie Harney has now completed a full time move to Colchester United.
Jamie moved to the U's from Premier League side West Ham in November on loan, but has now signed a permanent contract to keep him at the club until the summer of 2016.
He has been a regular in the U21s during that time and will now hope to build on his one senior appearance for the U's, in the away defeat to MK Dons.
Jamie, who can play in central defence or at right back, has also played for Northern Ireland from U16s up to U21s level.
