Here's what our intrepid fluffy hero was up to at the weekend:-Another weekend saw another bundle of Eddie adventures, as he took a break from the Weston Homes Community Stadium and headed out into the community!

Eddie began the day doing what he does best, monkeying around at the relaunch of children’s play venue Go Bananas. As well as sampling the new play area Eddie was on hand to welcome the children to the recently refurbished area and even spend some time with his old friend Funky Monkey!

Up next was the Stanway Primary School Summer fete. Alongside U’s star Sammie Szmodics, who attended the school as a child, Eddie was in his element with all the different stalls and games to keep all the locals and schoolchildren entertained throughout the afternoon.

Another Summer Fete was up next for Eddie and it was this time the turn of Roach Vale Primary School. This has become a regular in Eddie's summer calendar over the last few years and it's always a well-run event with lots to do for people of all ages.

The rain came down with force towards the end but it did not ruin a great events and overall another great day of action for Eddie the Eagle!

Last on this list for this week was Great Waldingfield Summer Fayre. An event just outside of Sudbury, this was one that we have visited for the second year in succession, and it was as busy as ever with the live music tent in full flow as well as the show arena which had various displays, including a bird of prey event where the star of the show flew off for an a bit longer than expected, much to the concern of fellow feathered friend Eddie!
