Youth team players give coaching advice to young hopefuls.
Colchester United's youth team players shared their knowledge and football skills in the last few weeks of the season, as they continue their development off the pitch as well as on it.
Wayne Brown's U18s visited the U's indoor pitch at Warrior's Rest to meet up with the players currently within the Development Centre programme run by the club and it's Football in the Community team.
The U18s worked with the younger age groups and assisted with the coaching, as well as offering advice to the children on their football skills.
The sessions finished with a Q&A session, and the U18s will be back next season to help out once again!
