Richard heads for Monaco for charity.
It will be the 7th time that they have taken their trusted 3 wheeler Reliant Regal 'Sir Douglas' on the annual adventure and this year they are off to Monaco!
Richard Pearce, who works with the U's and our stadium sponsors Weston Homes, along with his son Martin, will be taking part in this year's Numball Rally Challenge.
One of Colchester United's business friends will be taking part in a rally challenge to raise money for the RAF Benevolent Fund.
The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund (RAF Benevolent Fund or RAFBF) is the Royal Air Force's leading welfare charity, providing financial, practical and emotional support to serving and former members of the RAF - regardless of rank - as well as their partners and dependents.
This year's Rally will see 12 themed Reliant Robins transported to Geneva where they will be collected by their drivers who will then drive to Manosque (French Alps), then onto Monaco, followed by Aosta (Italian Alps) and then back to Geneva.
The event will run from the 12th–17th May and the cars will travel over 1,000 km!
All of the 'Numballers' have been working very hard to design and build a transporter that can carry the 12 robins safely to Geneva – luckily there are some engineers and builders amongst the crew!

Richard and Martin are once again proud to be raising money on behalf of the RAF Benevolent Fund.
