U's visit 16 Air Assault's fitness event.
Colchester United's fluffy favourite Eddie the Eagle was out and about again on Thursday, as he helped out with an Army health and fitness event.
Eddie went to 16 Air Assault's Clean Fit & Healthy Sports Fair with U's Community Development Officer Tom Tayler.
They spoke with families about the work of Colchester United in the community, along with the courses available via the club's Football in the Community programme.
The visit continues the U's strong links with the local army garrisons, with the club having signed a Military Covenant last season and many soldiers being regulars at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
