U's staff member reaches Brussels for local charity.
One of Colchester United's catering team got on her bike recently to raise money for a great local charity.
Shelley Gould, who is in charge of the club's catering concessions at the Weston Homes Community Stadium, joined other riders for St Helena Hospice's 3-2-1 Challenge.
The ride took the group from the hospice near to the U's home venue, through to Harwich, Amsterdam and Brussels.
Shelley has now raised over £2,500 for the charity and is hoping to keep that total rising as the group as a whole push towards £100,000 raised.
