U's boss makes community visit.
Colchester United boss Tony Humes paid a visit to the Myland Fete in Colchester on Bank Holiday Monday.
Having finished training with his team ahead of the game against Northampton Town in the Johnstone's Paints Trophy, Tony headed over to Myland Rec near to the Weston Homes Community Stadium to visit the local fete.
Tony declared the fete open and took part in a Q&A with Hospital Radio Colchester, who were compering the event on Monday afternoon.
The U's Football in the Community team were also present to offer football activities to young children and, despite the inclement weather, a successful day was had by all.
