Eddie and FITC help out in Lexden.
Colchester United were out and about on Friday to help a Community Day of Action in Lexden.
The day saw various local groups and agencies come together to help pick litter, talk to residents and much more.
U's fluffy hero Eddie the Eagle and Community Development Officer Tom Tayler helped Junior Wardens from Lexden Primary School pick litter on the Claremont Road fields, before Football in the Community coach Max Orrin put on a coaching session for school children as they left school for the weekend.
