Saturday's Band

8 January 2016

Just Millie come to Colchester.

For every home game this season, we'll be providing you with some fantastic pre-match entertainment.

We are pleased to welcome a fantastic up and coming artist to WHCS for Saturday's game. From these tracks, she was nominated as one of the top Female Singer Songwriters of 2015 and has been highlighted as the 'One to Watch' by Best Of British for 2016. It's safe to say this girl is on the rise.

She also released a double A side Single 'Lanterns/Not OK' which is available via iTunes and is destined to have bigger chart success in 2016.

2015 saw her performing at several major festivals, opening The America's Cup in Portsmouth, supporting James Morrison and playing a private party for Radio Two's Chris Evans.

Now 20 and back in her home on the South Coast, her debut single "Spanner In The Works" charted at No.13 in the iTunes Singer/Songwriter listings, rubbing shoulders with hits from those she admires; George Ezra, Ben Howard and Ed Sheeran.

At just 5ft 1 inch tall, Just Millie packs a punch with her acoustic guitar, harmony looping pedals and an electronic kick drum.
