Tiptree school wins first stage of futsal tournament.
Colchester United defender George Elokobi visited Thurstable School on Friday afternoon to watch some of the area's most talented futsal players in action.
The school was hosting the first stage of a national tournament, and it was the hosts Thurstable who progressed through to the area finals, to be held in Stevenage.
They could then make their way to a national final to be held in central England, later this year.
