Forward joins on loan.
Colchester United have boosted their forward line options with the signing of Elliot Lee until the end of the season.
The front man joins the U's on loan from West Ham, in what is his second stint with the Essex side.
He previously had time on loan whilst Joe Dunne was in charge of the U's and, after subsequent spells away from Upton Park with Luton Town and Blackpool, he is now back on board.
"I've brought Elliot in to strengthen our attacking options," boss Kevin Keen told the official website.
"He knows the club from his time here before and he is a hungry young player who has had a good upbringing.
"He wants to score goals for this club and gives us another option up front."
It is expected that the tenacious forward will be involved in Tuesday night's squad for the game against Fleetwood.
The 21 year old played four games in his original spell at the Weston Homes Community Stadium scoring at Rotherham, and scored 3 in 11 at Luton in his two months at Kenilworth Road.
