Kamara and Fosu cleared for FA Cup.
Reading winger Fosu has made nine appearances, scoring once, since he signed at the end of August, whilst Gunners midfielder Kamara has appeared in a U's shirt on four occasions in the same time.Both have appeared regularly in the U's matchday squads in their time in north Essex, but have had to be content with places on the bench in recent games.
Their respective parent clubs, Arsenal and Reading, have given permission for the U's to select them for the Emirates FA Cup tie against Chesterfield.
Loanees Glen Kamara and Tarique Fosu are clear to play for the U's on Saturday.
