John has strong squad for weekend clash.


Tarique Fosu, unavailable for the Checkatrade Trophy games, is also back in the fold, as the U's look to get back to winning ways.

The U's are set to be without Lloyd Doyley once again as he recovers from his groin injury sustained ahead of the FA Cup game against Chesterfield, but the coaching staff have been monitoring the progress of Chris Porter's hamstring problem during the week.

Frankie Kent, Tom Lapslie and Brennan Dickenson all came through their return to action in midweek unscathed, and all three will be pushing for a place in the starting eleven against the O's.

Colchester United Head Coach John McGreal has plenty of choice as he prepares to welcome Leyton Orient to the Weston Homes Community Stadium on Saturday.
