U's U23s matches agreed.
Colchester United's fixtures in the group stage in the Premier League Cup have been confirmed.
The U's U23s will face Hull City, Manchester City and Derby County home and away for the right to progress through to the knockout stages.
And the dates for the six group games are as follows:-
Sunday October 2nd: Hull City (A), North Ferriby FC, 1pm
Saturday November 5th*: Manchester City (H), WHCS, 1pm
Monday December 6th: Derby County (H), WHCS, 7pm
Monday January 23rd: Hull City (H), WHCS, 7pm
Sunday February 12th: Manchester City (A), Academy Stadium, 1pm
Monday February 27th: Derby County (A), St George's Park, 7pm
* This game's date or venue could be switched if the U's first team are drawn at home in the FA Cup First Round
The U's will also be entering a side into this year's Central League Cup to provide their fringe players with further competitive football.
The group stages of the Central League Cup will see the U's play four fixtures, with the dates as follows:-
Tuesday November 1st: Southend United (H), Florence Park, 1pm
Tuesday November 22nd: Barnet (A), The Hive, 1pm
Tuesday December 13th: AFC Wimbledon (H), Florence Park, 1pm
