New date for veterans side.
Colchester United former players side will be back in action in early October.
Following a successful fundraising effort in a match with Essex Police in August, the U's veterans have been invited to return to Stanway Rovers on Sunday October 9th (12.30pm kick-off).
On this occasion, the U's and Stanway will be taking on an ASDA Colleagues XI to raise money for Barts Charity and the U's FITC programme.
We'll have squad details soon, but you can expect to see many of the faces that made the match against Essex Police so memorable.
Admission is £5 adults and £2 kids.
