Tarique Set For U's Bow

Reading winger Tarique Fosu could make his Colchester debut on Saturday as the U's host Exeter City at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.

The wide man has been training with the U's in the last couple of days following his deadline day switch from the Royals.

They will also be without Craig Slater and James Bransgrove, currently on international duty with the Scottish U21s.

The U's will be without Macauley Bonne, who begins his loan spell with Lincoln City away at Torquay this weekend.

Those players who were left out of the side for the Checkatrade Trophy game on Tuesday night are back in contention, with Luke Prosser, Kurtis Guthrie and Brennan Dickenson all named in the weekend squad.
