U23s set for another away day
Colchester United U23s have their second away trip in a week on Friday, as they take on Nottingham Forest.
The match, to be played at Forest's training ground, kicks off at 2pm and will present Wayne Brown's boys with a chance to bounce back from Monday's defeat at high flying Cardiff.
With a first team fixture for the U's a day later, it's a young U23s team that heads to Forest, who have won one and lost three of their first four games.
