Colchester United's Female Football College team were edged out 4-3 in their latest fixture against Norwich City.
Colchester started off strongly in the first 20 minutes and were unlucky to concede an early goal.
And, despite having most of the possession in the first half, they didn't take their chances in the final third, going close on numerous occasions.
Colchester went into the second half strongly and got an early goal with a great run from Georgia Lindon, however after scoring the equaliser they were complacent from the off and conceded straight away.
Colchester went ahead twice more with great goals from Lilly Bueggeln but were not able to hold on to their lead on both occasions.
The girls put in a determined display, but couldn’t find the equaliser in the closing stages. The game finished 4-3 Norwich.
