That's Entertainment!

9 January 2017

U's are among the division's leading scorers.

Colchester United are proving to be an entertaining side to watch this season - with another four goals added to their tally in the weekend win against Carlisle United.

The U's have now scored forty goals in their 25 league games so far, and 25 of those have come in their 12 home games at better than two a game!

Only Doncaster (49) and Carlisle (46) have scored more than the U's in the season to date in League Two and John McGreal's side are now in the upper reaches of the table after seven wins and a draw in their last eight matches.

Kurtis Guthrie's hat-trick moved him to the top of the U's goalscoring pile, with the Jersey born attacker on 9, Chris Porter on 8 and Brennan Dickenson with 7.

After away trips at Newport, Exeter and Blackpool, Barnet are next up for the U's at home on February 11th and you can get on board for just £16 in the South Stand, with tickets currently at Super Saver rate.
