U's General Manager Tim Waddington hails the third concert held at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Earlier this month, Olly Murs returned to north Essex and performed in front of over 16,000 fans here at the home of the U's.
He thrilled the crowd at the third concert held at the WHCS, following in the very accomplished footsteps of Elton John and Lionel Richie.
And iFollow caught up with the U's General Manager Tim Waddington to get his thoughts on how the gig went.
He admitted that there were challenges with a different audience to the previous two concerts, but was happy with how much everyone enjoyed themselves.
He also looked forward to another date with a famous name, with former European Cup winners Aston Villa visiting north Essex in the first round of the Carabao Cup in early August.
