We also have scouts further afield in Chelmsford, Ipswich and Southend, as well as branching out into London, but want to make sure we are covering as much ground as we can to produce future stars for our first team.
To keep in line with the club's philosophy, we are keen to get local boys playing for their local club, and this means watching as many Colchester-based games as possible at the weekend.
On Monday 27th March at 6pm, we’re hosting a meeting at the Weston Homes Community Stadium for anyone interested in joining our Academy's scouting team.
