Colchester United duo Dean Brill and Tommy O'Sullivan are in the U's squad for the game against Luton Town.
Dean, who signed from Motherwell in January, made his first Colchester appearance in the recent Premier League Cup win over Sunderland.
And he will be part of Saturday's matchday squad against his former team, as the U's look to build on their impressive home record this season.
The U's will also have Tommy O'Sullivan in the squad for the match against the Hatters.
Tommy, who joined the U's from Cardiff earlier in the season, returned to the first team squad for the game against Crewe last week and will be hoping his senior U's debut is not too far away.
