I began coaching at 14 and commenced the qualification pathway at 16.
Following my A levels, I studied Sport & Social Science (Coach Education & Sports Development) at University of Bath which included a placement year coaching in the USA.
Following graduation in 2014, I spent a year coaching at Cardiff City FC before moving back to Essex in 2015 to take up a role at Colchester United.
I am UEFA B Qualified and currently enrolled on my UEFA A Licence.
My current role as Youth Phase Development Officer is three-fold where I am responsible for our Development Centres (U12s to U16s), our Football College Programme (ages 16-19) as well as coordinating our Holiday Activities. I also coach within the Club’s Academy on a part-time basis.
