Colchester United travel to Southend United on Tuesday night, looking to make progress from their Checkatrade Trophy group.
With their Essex rivals sitting just above them in the group table, John McGreal's men must win to progress through to the knockout stages of the competition.
John has been able to name a strong squad for the trip to Roots Hall and is boosted by the return to action of Sammie Szmodics and Kane Vincent-Young.
Sammie has been sidelined since injuring his ankle in the game against Grimsby, whilst Kane last turned out against Newport in mid-October.
