Young Colchester United winger George Brown paid a visit to one of our Football in the Community schools on Wednesday to help pupils out on their latest sporting activities.
George saw pupils taking part in sporting fun that involved working on fundamental movements working from four different stations, consisting of agility, balance, co-ordination and creative movement.
He then participated in a Q&A session with the children to talk through his progress as a young footballer at the U's, where he has progressed into the U23s over the last year.
