Colchester United midfielder Sean Murray is progressing nicely after his recent operation and is due back around the first team before the turn of the year.
Sean has been out of action in recent weeks, but is now progressing towards being ready for a return.
Speaking in Tuesday's programme against Lincoln, Tony said: "There was a small piece of bone between the back of his knee and the front of the femur that was causing pain and that was shaved off during the surgery, along with a bit of a clean-up that surgeons often do when they are inside joints.
"He is now three weeks post operation and is already out on the training ground, jogging to keep his fitness at a decent level.
"As with any injury, he will increase his workload as the pain diminishes and move onto sprinting, twisting and turning, ball work and then joining back in with the squad.
"He will have to do less pure fitness work than Brennan and Luke, because he has been out of action for a much shorter time period, but he will still have some to do.
"Hopefully we should see him back in three weeks or so."
