A strong U's side will take on Southend United in the Central League Cup on Tuesday afternoon.
The match, which takes place at Florence Park, will see Craig Slater continue his return to fitness against the Shrimpers and a host of first team players will also get a run out.
Lewis Kinsella, Cole Kpekawa, Cameron James, Nicke Kambamba and Sanmi Odelusi are all included in Tuesday's match, which is the first in the group stages of the reserves competition.
The U's also take on MK Dons away, Barnet at home and Peterborough United away.
The match kicks off at 1pm.
