Coaches of grassroots teams from Essex and Suffolk will have the chance to get the lowdown on the work going on behind the scenes at Colchester United in a special November event.
The U's U15s are set to take on Arsenal's youngsters in a Premier League U15s Floodlit Cup fixture at the Weston Homes Community Stadium on November 23rd.
And coaches are invited to a pre-match session with U's Academy Manager Jon De Souza and other key staff in our Academy set-up.
Presenting on the night are:-

James McFarlane (Lead U13s-U14s coach)
Sam Thompson (Head of Recruitment U7s to U15s)
The pre-match session gets underway at 5pm and will conclude in time to watch the match, which begins at 6.30pm.
