Colchester United front man Eli Phipps has joined Conference South side Welling United on a month's loan.
The 20-year-old front man joined the U's in the January transfer window and has been a regular in the U23s squad since his arrival from Cardiff City.
Having started the new season brightly in Wayne Brown's squad, Eli will now join Welling initially until October 7th.
In heading to Park View Road, Eli will team up with U's goalkeeper Dillon Barnes, who has spent the past month with the Kent side.
Dillon is coming to the end of his initial loan, but will now spend a further two months playing for Jamie Coyle's side, with his loan extended until November 8th.
Both moves will be completed upon approval of paperwork by the relevant authorities.
