Community Development Officer

1 August 2018

Having just recently graduated from Bournemouth University with a Sport Psychology and Coaching Sciences degree, I have become FITC’s Community Development Officer.

I have gained valuable coaching experience since I started at the age of 16 for my local clubs soccer school, to recently coaching players on semi-professional pathways.

In 2016, I spent a year in the United States working for Global Premier Soccer with FC Bayern Munich official partners. There I was head coach for the U12s and U15s.

During my time there, I learnt a lot from many experienced coaches from across the world, which helped me enhance my abilities as the coach I am today.

My role will see me manage and coordinate our holiday activities. Develop strong partnerships with grassroot clubs within the North Essex area and also help lead our new EFL Trust Holiday Hunger programme.

I will strive to work towards FITC’s mission statement of enriching lives of those within the community, as well as further improving my coaching ability as I aspire to attain my UEFA B licence.
