Colchester United wide man Brennan Dickenson is nearing a return to first team football, as he's named in the squad for the midweek clash against Coventry City.
Brennan has been out of action since the end of April 2017 after rupturing his Anterior Cruciate Ligament in training.
However, his long road to recovery is nearing completion and, after three successful outings in the U's U23s, the former Gillingham man has now been named in the squad for the match against the Sky Blues.
The U's will wait on news on Kurtis Guthrie, meanwhile, after the forward injured his ankle in a tackle in the weekend game against Carlisle United.
Ryan Inniss, Kane Vincent-Young and Olamide Shodipo all missed that long trip to Cumbria, but are nearing a return to action as the U's squad looks in good shape ahead of the run in to the end of the season.
Tickets for the match are available at the Advance Rate online until an hour before kick-off - and don't forget you can upgrade to enjoy a great meal with our Premium Meal Deal for just £20!
