Colchester United winger George Brown has joined Maldon & Tiptree on loan.
George has been a regular in the U's U23s this season and, after a loan spell with East Thurrock earlier in the campaign, he will now lend his efforts to the Jammers' promotion push.
The U's academy graduate has initially signed for Kevin Horlock's side for a month.
