Colchester United defender Luke Prosser will be back in action on Tuesday night as he continues his return to fitness.
The U's club captain played 45 minutes in a friendly against Leyton Orient last week and will turn out on Tuesday as the U's take on Chelmsford City in the Essex Senior Cup.
Our visitors are the current holders of the county cup and the two sides will be competing to reach the semi-finals with victory on Tuesday night.
