Colchester United's Senior U's had a fun and informative get together this week, as the group continues to go from strength to strength.
In their latest session, the U's group were given some expert guidance from Essex Fire Service around fire safety in the home and available services for senior citizens.
There was also some time for some fun and games too, with a competitive game of bingo afterwards!
