Colchester United defender Dan Jefferies has left the club to sign for Dundee.
The 19-year-old centre half made the move to north Essex after leaving Swansea City at the end of last season.
He has appeared in a number of U23s fixtures for Wayne Brown's side over recent months, but has now departed the U's to sign for the Scottish Premiership side.
