Colchester United defender Lewis Kinsella has joined Aldershot Town on loan until the start of February.
Lewis enjoyed a good run of games when he first arrived in the summer of 2016 but an ankle injury ruled him out of action for a prolonged period and he made just one further appearance as the team chased down the play-off spots.
After fifteen appearances in 2016/17, he played 14 times this season with five of those appearances coming in cup action.
However, with a settled team in recent weeks due to the U's good form, his league opportunities have been more limited and he will now join the Shots as they push for promotion back to the EFL.
Ahead of this weekend's game against fellow high fliers Dover, Aldershot currently sit second in the table, six points behind leaders Macclesfield Town.
We wish Lewis well with his move to the EBB Stadium.
