Comfortable wins at Maldon & Tiptree, Braintree Town and Colwyn Bay have seen the U's build up their fitness as they work towards the opening day of the League Two season.
"I know it's only been pre-season, but we have shown excellent attitude and application in the games so far.
"I'm sure Dagenham will make it a bit more difficult for us, but the lads are eager to keep up the good work and get some productive minutes under their belts."
