The sun shone brightly again, as the doors were thrown open at the JobServe Community Stadium.
A balmy afternoon in north Essex saw over 2,500 people descend on the stadium, to enjoy a host of activities put on by the U's, some excellent local exhibitors and the club's Football in the Community, (FITC), staff.
John McGreal and the first team trained on the main pitch, before showcasing the new home and away shirts in their annual photoshoot.
Those more active supporters joined in Zorb football, wall climbing and some expert coaching from the FITC coaches on the astroturf pitches.
Colchester United would like to thank everyone who came along to support the event, and all the external exhibitors who helped make it another successful Open Day.
