Hard work continues on day two

Colchester United's players were hard at work on Thursday as the balls came out for the first time in pre-season.
After fitness testing on Wednesday, it was a chance to get back into the swing of things this time around.
The squad were put through their paces by John McGreal and Steve Ball, with a competitive session seeing the players laying down an early marker for the season ahead.
