The shape of League Two for 2018/19 has been confirmed, with the conclusion of the current season taking place over the weekend.
A second half treble saw Coventry City promoted via the play-offs at Wembley, with their win meaning that Exeter City lost out in the play-off final for the second season running.
The Sky Blues' promotion means that those sides changing division this season are:-
