Colchester United are delighted to welcome Cheltenham Town midfielder to the club for an undisclosed fee.
26-year-old Harry comes to the club with a wealth of experience, having played over 300 times in his career so far.
And he will now look to build on that experience, having signed a three year deal with the U's.
He was part of the Cheltenham Town side that gained promotion back to the EFL in 2015/16, where he was also selected in the National League Team of the Year for his performances in the Robins midfield.
The 6'4" midfielder eventually played 118 games for Cheltenham before his move to Colchester.
The switch him return to Essex, having been born in Tilbury, but it was in London that his career began in Charlton Athletic's academy.
After eleven years with the Addicks, he moved to Bristol Rovers in the summer of 2010, where he also spent time on loan with Hereford United.
That loan spell turned into a permanent switch at the end of the 2010/11 season and he spent two years with the Bulls, playing 53 times.
The second of his seasons with Hereford was in the National League and his performances earned him a move to AFC Wimbledon for an undisclosed fee.
He again played over 50 times for Wimbledon, before his move to Cheltenham in 2015.
Having impressed in his games against the U's, he now will turn out in the blue and white stripes from the start of the new season.
Harry will officially become a U's player as of July 1st.
