Colchester United are seeking a new Head of Sports Science to work with the first team and Academy at Florence Park.
The position has become available with current incumbent Stefano Russo set to move onto his next footballing adventure ahead of the new season.
Director of Football Tony Humes said: "Stef came in to work with the Academy in the first instance and, as per our philosophy at the club for not only players but our coaches and support staff, he has progressed into the first team environment to work with our senior players when Dave Carolan moved on.
"Stef has done really well for us during his time at the club and has progressed what we do in the sports science department at Florence Park and we wish him well in the next stage of his career."
