U's Aim To Push On

Colchester United take on Swindon Town on Saturday, aiming to push into the top three for the first time this season.

The U's have enjoyed a strong run of form in front of their own supporters so far this season, picking up six wins in their eight home league games this season.

Last time out saw them defeat league leaders Lincoln City to strengthen their claims as promotion contenders and they now will face Phil Brown's Robins on Saturday.

Swindon picked up all three points last week in their trip to Notts County and will provide a tough test for the U's as John McGreal's side try to make it six wins in their last eight games in all competitions.

With the match being the U's closest ahead of Remembrance Sunday, the U's will welcome serving and veteran troops to the game. The match will be preceded by footage of The Last Post and a minute's silence before kick-off.
