Colchester United will be aiming to get straight back into the play-off spots when they take on Crawley Town on Saturday.

A 3-1 reverse against Stevenage last week saw the U's slip to eighth, but they remain right in the thick of the promotion chase as the season continues to take shape.

Indeed, they could climb as high as fourth with victory against Crawley, with the Reds also sharing similar ambitions after a run that has put them hot on the heels of the play-off pack.

The U's Head Coach John McGreal will have to decide whether to include those players that shone in the midweek cup win over Southend United and, after that 2-0 victory, whether to stick with the 3-5-2 formation that served them so well.
