Colchester United keeper Bailey Vose has joined Dartford on loan.
The twenty year old shotstopper signed a two year contract with the U's in the summer, and has been a regular in the U23s side throughout the first third of the season.
He will now be hoping for a taste of first team football in Kent, having signed a one month loan for Dartford on Friday morning.
Dartford travel down to the South West to take on Truro City, hoping to improve on their current position of sixth place in the National League South table.
It's a move for Vose that U's Director of Football Tony Humes feels has come at the right time.
"Bailey has proved that he is more than competent playing for the U23s, and it's a good time for him to test himself on loan again in a more competitive environment.
"He had a couple of loans last season whilst he was a Brighton player, and we hope that he benefits from this one as much has he did then.
"We've no doubt that the move will develop him as a keeper and that can only be good for us and him."
